What kind of events can I rent the trailer out for?

How do I book Tipsy Trailers?

Visit our 'Request a Quote' page and fill out some basic information about your event. We will get back to you ASAP with more information and pricing. Once we customize a package that works for your event, we will require a 50% deposit in order to secure your booking & date. We will generally arrive two hours before your event to set up. Then, let the party begin!


What does the security deposit cover?

We require a $100 security deposit. This security deposit will be refunded to you within 10 days after your event as long as there is no damage to Miss Tipsy, or additional rented items. We will also check that all additional rented items are accounted for. If there is any damage or items unaccounted for, the deposit will not be refunded. Any damages that exceed the amount of the security deposit shall be the responsibility of the person financially responsible for the event.

Do I need a liquor license to rent the trailer?

In order to rent our mobile bar trailer, you do not need to possess a liquor license.

Do you carry insurance?

Yes, we carry General Liability as well as Liquor Liability insurance to cover us at each event we are booked for. If your event space requires a COI, we are happy to provide one for your event.


Where do you travel to?

We are happy to travel throughout New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. We are from the NEPA area and will be expanding up there this season! Delivery of the trailer is free within 25 miles of Hamilton, NJ. Each additional mile is $4/mile.


How much does it cost to rent the trailer?

Trailer rental starts at $1000. Each event is different and will be customized accordingly.


What are the dimensions of Miss Tipsy?

Our Mobile Bar Trailer, Miss Tipsy, is 8' Tall, 14' Long and 8' Wide. As the trailer can only be moved with a vehicle, please plan for it to be set up in an easily accesible area. If you plan to use the electric in the trailer, you will also need to be within 100' (maximum) of an electrical outlet so that the trailer can be plugged in.

Do you serve parties without alcohol?

Absolutely, we are happy to provide our mobile bar trailer for any type of event. We love when our reneters get creative and find different ways to use our trailer!

What type of payments do you take?

We are able to process credit card payments from all major credit cards. We also can accept cash and/or checks.

Do you have a Rain Date Policy?

We are happy to accommodate a rain date within a week of the event as long as your chosen rain date is available.

*The host is responsible for event weather proofing. We are happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size.

Yes! Each event is different, and we will provide an adequate number of Bartender(s).
